In 1919, Aaron, S. Kreider, built this stately mansion on 26 spacious acres. Hill Farm Estate sits in a quiet, scenic country setting, with trees, gardens, benches, and walkways high on a hill overlooking the Annville community.
In 1982, the mansion was restored, and a wing was added. It is now a beautiful personal care home.

Aaron Kreider was born June 26, 1863 on a farm in South Annville. He attended Lebanon Valley College and graduated from Allentown Business College.
After graduating he moved to Fulton, Missouri to work in agriculture. He also was employed as a clerk in a store before returning to Pennsylvania. In Pennsylvania, he engaged in the grain and coal business. Kreider had many pursuits, he served as: commissioner and chairman of the Board of Commissioners of Annville, president of the National Association of Shoe Manufacturer, chairman of the US House Committee on Expenditures in the Department of the Interior, president of the board of trustees of Lebanon Valley College, and he was a delegate to the Republican State Convention as well as a Congressman.
